WORKSHOP FOR SOMATIC HEALING

This virtual workshop will provide a safe space to rest and rebalance your delicate and overstimulated nervous system, while also providing both cognitive and sensory knowledge of the body and all it’s unique layers.

This 2.5-hour workshop will feature a short lecture, followed by a guided meditation practice. The intension being to restore the body from past fatigue and recharge your batteries. You’ll also gain tools for you to take into your daily life for when anxiety and stress are demanding your attention.

The power of internal healing lays within each and every one of us. Unfortunately, sometimes stressors of daily life, past traumas, and undigested experiences distract us from our true creative nature.

This workshop will allow you to reconnect to that place deep down that is your inner-creative force. You’ll also gain tools to take into your daily life for when bodily sensations begin to feel overwhelming.

 

1:1 DYAD FOR SOMATIC HEALING

A dyad is both a meditation and a conversation all rolled into one! We will deep dive into the somatic inner-workings of all the layers of your being. We will be openly speaking 1:1 back and forth while meditating on sensations of the body and the accompanying thoughts, emotions, and core beliefs created from these sensations. This experience is 60-minutes long.

 

YOGA NIDRA PRIVATE CLASS

A unique mediation tailored to your specific desires and healing needs. We will spend the first 15 minutes discussing your objectives for the class, then a guided 30-minute yoga nidra private class will follow.
